Policies

Cancellation Policy: 5% of reservation cost will be charged on cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival during the winter, and 14 days during the summer. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival in the winter and less than 14 days prior to arrival in the summer, will be charged the total vacation cost. For holiday bookings, 5% of the total reservation cost will be charged on cancellations made prior to October 15, and the total vacation cost charged on cancellations made after October 15.
